Welcome!

After six years it was time for a website makeover! I love a reset, it’s an intentional and powerful way to ensure the direction I’m moving in is the right one. I am certainly not the person I was six years ago (neither are you). Like the rest of the world, I’ve had to pivot, innovate, and evaluate my path moving forward. It’s been a wild ride! Things have changed in my personal and professional life. There have been many new experiences, a few challenges and winding roads to navigate, so many insights and loads of personal growth.

In addition to launching a new website, I’m excited to announce I’ll be relaunching my podcast this fall.

I’m glad you are here. If you are curious, and willing to be challenged, step outside your comfort zone this will be a great space for you. As we embark on this journey of life, I encourage you to notice areas in your life where there is space to let go of things that no longer serve you, notice areas that need some love and attention, and notice areas you are ready to create and cultivate.
