What I Do

I help individuals tap into their own innate wellbeing and mental health (wellness). My coaching is based on how human experience works and the power of state of mind. Understanding the principles behind state of mind is simple yet profound. It cultivates a deeper more meaningful sense of self and of life. It awakens our innate creativity, resilience, and potential. When embraced, what lies ahead is the power to live an extraordinary life. This translates into more clarity and creativity and less conflict, anxiety, and stress. Life and relationships effortlessly become more creative, insightful, and fun.

I LOVE working with children and youth to guide them to feel empowered and inspired by their unique, individual potential. Whether one-on-one, in workshops or in schools I address a variety of issues including resilience, empowerment, choices and peer-pressure, life transitions, anxiety, separation/divorce, bullying, self-worth, etc.

I am also passionate about improving wellbeing and mental health in the workplace. I help organizations, business leaders and teams understand the relationship between human psychology and wellbeing, stress and conflict. This is by far one of the best things you can do for yourself, your employees and your company. More often than not the outcome is increased creativity, productivity and performance where individuals are thriving both in the workplace as well as in their personal lives. 

Three Principles Facilitator: I work with individuals and coaches who are interested in deepening their understanding of the three principles.  

IHEART Facilitator: I share a revolutionary preventative educational curriculum that is transforming entire educational environments. The program empowers participants to:

  • access the innate wellbeing and resilience that we all possess:
  • understand the thinking that drives destructive behaviour;
  • practically address real issues encountered on a daily basis; and
  • embed sustainable solutions into their personal lives and educational/work environments. 

One on One

This option is available for individuals (both children and adults), couples, and business leaders. Packages are usually 3 – 12 months in duration. Time and cost will be discussed at the initial meeting. On occasion, I will work with individuals for shorter periods of time if you are looking to work through a specific issue. 

Groups

Group training is available for schools, youth groups, businesses, and organizations.

There are two options available for schools and youth organizations. A bespoke training or the IHEART curriculum (10 modules). Both focus on improving outcome results, helping children feel better about themselves and learning to access their innate wisdom and resilience.  

Businesses/Organizations: the focus is on creating and/or cultivating wellbeing and mental health in the workplace. This is a good addition to the Wellbeing in the Workplace Workshop.
