I believe that all human beings are ever-evolving, amazing and filled with infinite potential. That is the partly why I fell in love with the profession of coaching, the other reason is because I value the power of human connection and see the power of co-creating conversations that allow individuals to embrace their own unique greatness.
As a personal, leadership and executive coach I get to work with individuals of all ages, cultures and situations around the world. The foundations of my coaching is based on how human experience works and the power of state of mind combined with an appreciative inquiry, strength based and solution-focused approach.
I am an individual on a lifelong journey of learning, evolving and exploring my own potential and the limitless possibilities life has to offer. My biggest wins in life have come from taking risks and following paths are not so trodden and safe. I am on a continuous path of self-inquiry and growth. I believe this is a necessary aspect for the professional development of coaches and highly recommended for all human beings.
One of my core values is human connection. I cherish the people in my life with all my heart. In addition to being a coach, I am honoured to wear many different caps, mainly as a single parent and daughter of an ageing parent. I am also an entrepreneur at heart and am currently getting ready to launch a side hustle.
